Experiences at school

A good system of evaluation is not just to criticize what teachers are doing wrong, I mean, is better to see areas where teachers and administrative department need to improve. It is very similar as when we say a student who got the lowest score in a written exam we categorize as a bad student, there are no an exact system of evaluation which evaluates excellent students.

School system can have a variety results in different countries even in schools, I think that the result will depend on the culture, people, environment, resources available on hand, the didactic material, technology used, and one important aspect, parents´ support, just because, home is the first school, a place where we learn the first thinks.

Being happy at school is one of the most important issues. Because if someone is frustrated the progress won’t be the equal.

One big and evident problem in my country is that no all the students have the same opportunities from the government.

Fortunately, I had the privilege to study in a private school where some students had disabilities, such as; blind people, disabled people among others. And I could observe the treatment wasn´t the same, and as part of our education must be the same empathy and opportunities for everyone. Now, I comprehend the respect we all deserve with the same opportunities.

One key priority for schools is to treat all the pupils with the same equity. As we all know, some people have disabilities, for example; people with audio and visual problems. So one priority is to allow those students and get the same opportunities as others to get a diploma or a degree. At school we observe bullying and racisms where others discriminate people facing some disabilities, and in my opinion, schools must support quality education with empathy for all.
