Dysfunctional Agile

I have to admit that I work for a dysfunctional Agile group. It did not start out like that but eventually turned into something that I feel, and I hope that I am the only one who feels like this, is not very Agile. Things still get done at a good speed and workflow is quite fluid — so we are not all lost.

Then why do I say it is dysfunctional?

Couple of things;

I think the second point above is bad enough. If a group does not feel the product more than the job, then its a situation that should be improved.

More importantly, the standups and few other Agile related meetings, like at the start and end of a Sprint should all be lot more than just reporting.

Don’t want to share more details, so would stop here. Just a couple of points in my view that are signs that the process needs a spirit.
