Arena Trophy System and Rank Breakdown

The Arena has seen a rework in preparation for the pre-season launch. We’re breaking down how everything works in this article.

In preparation for the launch of the first Forest Knight pre-season, we made some changes to how the arena ranking system works, how matchmaking is done, and how a win/loss affects trophies.

In this short blog, you’re going to learn all you need to know about the Forest Knight ranking system, and what you can expect to earn when you’re facing another knight in the arena.

There are currently six possible ranks in the Forest Knight arena:

The first thing you should know is that the system will normally only match you with Knights who are -/+ 350 trophies compared to your current standing.

What does this mean?

Say you’re currently sitting at 405 trophies. This means you’re Silver in ranked. Any Knights between 55 trophies and up to 755 trophies can be matched with you. There are extreme cases where the system will match you with someone much higher level than you are, but this should only normally happen during the first few days of pre-season due to the shortage of Knights entering the arena right from the start — don’t blame ’em. Some knights enjoy adventure mode more than anything else.

Before we dwell on how the system works and the number of trophies you win or lose based on your outcome, right off the bat you have to know that:

In cases where Knights are matched against a higher ranking Knight in the arena:

In cases where Knights are matched against a lower-ranking Knight in the arena:
