Habits to look good in Natural ways

Of course you knew this! Drink enough water keeps you hydrated throughout the day. It helps to stay healthy inside as well as out side of your body.

2. Sleep without overthinking

Nowadays bed times are scary times. Where we can think all the possibilities of actions waiting for our future. Meditating music will help you to sleep better. If you sleep better you will glow better.

3. No phone for 30 mins

I hope you already read this in many blogs. Try to avoid your phone atleast 30 mins before your bedtime. You can read a book for 30 mins and go to sleep.

4. Smile often

In our work stress we often forgot to smile. when you smile, your brain releases dopamine, endorphins and serotonin. These neurotransmitters are associated with lowering your anxiety and increasing feelings of happiness. In fact, serotonin is often the chemical that anti-depressant medications attempt to regulate.

5. A proper routine for skin & hair care and Grooming

Use simple products which will be suitable for skin and hair. Don’t get attracted to all the advertisement for the newly launched products. Avoid compulsive buying behavior due to offers and discounts for premium products. Keep always in mind to buy the suitable products. And groom yourself in a regular period.

These are the simple habbit which will be most effective. But consistency will bring you the result. Let’s make this habits for life.
